United States Postal Service (USPS) offers free shipping boxes for USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. I recommend setting up an account on USPS.com. From the website you can order boxes delivered to your home or office. You can also ask for a free package pick up from your home or business.
INFO:
- Most USPS Priority Mail boxes we used are for items 1 pound and over.
- Delivery is usually within 1 to 3 days.
- When you ask for the boxes you’ll agree to the terms of service for the boxes. Boxes are only for USPS Priority Mail.
- You can use more than one Priority Mail item for shipment. Frankenboxes! If you not sure what of Frankenbox is see link!
Limits on shipping with Priority Mail:
- Up to 70 pounds
- 108 inches in combined length and girth. (Is measured around the thickest part of the box not including length)
- You have the option to use boxes for weight and dimension or flat rate.
